Id say AVG, It works quite nicely for me :-)
avg free~its caught several viruses from my computer and

put them in quarantine. you can download it for free.
AVG ( http://free.grisoft.com/ ) is pretty good. I currently prefer Avast! though ( http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.ht... )
