After attempting install, end programme caption repeatedly appears preventing normal computer shut down. Unplug/replug and all ok again. Any ideas? Tesco say no one else has the prob.

Don't really understand your question - If your questions is my PC won't shut down normally then run error checking you have an OS problem.
