You really haven't given enough detail to determine why you can't download it. You will probably need to go to Nortons site for troubleshooting....but...Honestly...I don't care much for Norton. I had purchased in myself a couple of years ago and it wouldn't even get rid of Trojan viruses. You should try Avast (http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-... It's free and it works awesome!
