AVG.COM, AOL.COM both have free firewall, antivirus,etc...

AVG from grisoft is free and many people like it.

Ad-aware is not an antivirus. It is anti-spyware. However it is a program you should have (or something that does the same job) anyway.

I use AVG at home and at work. Haven't had any problems yet.
I tried Mcafee firewall and AV, it worked fine.
