yes, but if you can only make one active at a time other wise you will have conflicts. If you have AVG, you don't need AVAST anyways.
I install 2 antivirus like AVG free edition and Avast. Is it ok if both installed on my pc?computer virus
Its always not a good idea to have 2 antivirus installed. Most of the time conflict will happen. Also you don't get double protection by having 2 antivirus.

It is fine. Just make sure you run them separately and not at the same time.
Well, according to sbcyahoo, having 2 anti virus software systems installed on the same computer can actually damage your computer. Get expert advise else where if you can.
Two installed anti virus programs are not a great idea. Go with AVG and from time to time visit Trend Micros's house call site for a free scan. More than one anti virus will conflict.
if you are installing 2 antiviruses, it would do a conflict w/ your other antivirus software. you should only run 1 antivirus software. otherwise, you will probably experience a " blue screen of death" meaning when you turn on your computer, you will only see a blue screen w/o any icons or your desktop.
It can also freeze your computer or it would not allow you to open browsers. usually this happens if you are installing more than one anitviruses.
y u neeed 2 anti viruses...install avg or mcafee...these softwares ll slow down ur system
