I like PC Tools Spyware Doctor, but you have to buy that one. Spyware Terminator above is for free but very good for what it does.

i fond norton slows down a pc too much. I used mcafee for a free trial..but my fave is avast..its free for home use, and the first time i downloaded it , it cleared off a load of viruses, which the others didnt pick up. I never had any problems while using it, it scans files when u download them and warns straight away if its infected before you run it.
