I have install a Antivirus program, but my computer just shut down and then can not even go to safe

I have install this program in other computer and it work fine. I don't know why cause of computer shut down, Is there anything i can do to go on to the window?

if using xp, you could try the windows xp recovery console. boot from a windows cd, look for the repair/recovery console option, and when you get to the command prompt, type "chkdsk". this will fix several errors that can zap your ability to boot up. if it works, make sure your antivirus is updated, and scan for problems. verify with a remote virus scan from a site like housecall(dot)trendmicro(dot)com.

if that doesn't work, consult a pro.
if you CANT GO TO SAFE MODE YOUR COMPUTER HAS TO BE WIPED CLEAN!!!

safe mode is part of your windows application if it keeps saying No copy to disk boot or other message your computer is Dead and dying quick

DO not atempt to re load windows you will corupt more

there is one thing u can do.. you can re-install windows or the program that you're using now..I think u are infected by viruses and if you re-install, your computer will remove all of it..that's all u can do..I know..because I've experienced this before
Take it to Best Buy and let the geeks look at it.
