i took it to my computer tech and he couldn't get rid of it either, there must be an easier way without another charge to wipe everthing out.

sounds like you went to a dumb tech.

panda used to be a decent Enterprise grade AV, I haven't use d it in seeral years though

reboot into safe mode, run the uninstaller. voila!

This is strange. I tried to follow a Google link to Panda and my Trend Micro blocked the site as spy ware.

I did find the place to get an uninstaller for Panda.

Try the usual clean up. Top of web page tools internet options delete files delete cookies clear history, content clear ssl state autocomplete clear forms.

Then go to your C Drive Windows Prefetch delete all thats there but not layout.

Then go to start then add/remove and uninstall Panda

Then go to your C Drive and do an search for Panda and delete every thing you find. Also go to start run type regedit then do an search for panda and again delete all it finds.

(if you are not sure about using reg edit then dont.)
