so it deleted a file name c 32 some thing i do nt exacctly remember the name nw few of my programs are nt working correctly on my pc what should i do should i reinstall windows or there is so other easy way

Just use your system restore disk and fix the problem.
there is a program called undelete plus it work for me good luck
Normally any thing (32) detected by anti virus is a trojan!! if the programs arnt working correctly uninstall and reinstall the programs should fix them, if you downloaded the programes its quite likely that the virus was in the program.

reinstall windows as a last resort!!
you will have to re-install windows , dont waste your time doing anything else just format it and it will work perfect with no viruses on your machine .....
If it was indeed your antivirus program that deleted everything, then somewhere in that (antivirus) program there is an option that will allow you to restore what may have been deleted accidentally or otherwise. It WILL be there...even free antivirus programs have that feature...actually every product that purports to clean your pc has a restore feature in case things like this happen. It might be in the quarantened items...
Really we need more technical details, but I will do my best.

Try looking on the internet on how to reinstall it. Also, maybe the programs are at fault.
